Love love love these doors. Used them between the master bedroom and master bath. They look great and the frosted glass lets in some light while providing privacy. It was a bit of work for our contractor to set the hardware as the doors are are not prepped for that but we knew that from previous reviews Even with that our local building supply store wanted 3000 for a “custom” door of this design. So many issues with this vendor! When I ordered these doors, it said there were only a few left, which was fine as I only needed to order 2. They were exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. I received the frames first (which I was told would come separately) and the quality looked good so I was excited for the doors. Then it was a week of mixed messages about when the doors would come. I spoke with Wayfair support (excellent service,which is why this gets 2 stars!) and they could not get a clear answer so they put in a reorder for me. A week later I start getting the same run around again until they eventually cancelled. This vendor seemingly has great doors but their service is bad! I am excited about the clean lines and fitted appearance this door provides! Previously had a barn door & track on this door opening and this new door fits much closer to the actual door opening. Plus, the entire rolling mechanism is concealed inside of the track which is recessed inside the back of the door. This also means that it fits much closer to the wall, giving it a cleaner appearance. As you can see from photos, we did remove some wood trim so the door could fit tight to the wall. So there are wall repairs in my future, but I am ok with that. Also still need to install the GORGEOUS long black metal handle provided with door, but I am waiting to paint first. The door comes with a painted flat white finish. I am painting walls & door the same color, so it will really blend into the background. First, these doors are nice and solid. A little on the heavy side, so I am glad I wasnt installing these on my own. They are primed to a gloss so have to be sanded before painting, which is a little annoying, but it is what it is. They are not pre-hung, so you will not get any frame panels with them and as a result, the hinges dont sit recessed. When I read no hardware, I understood no hinges, handles, etc. which I was fine with as I had my own, but no frames would have been an issue if I didnt have the ones from the doors that didnt show up from the previous order that was cancelled (different vendor). They were delivered super quick which I appreciated and packed well. They did have some cosmetic issues that were from the factory (not FedEx), but not enough for me to go through the hassle to send them back. It was like each door had at least one nick in it! Doors are SOLID and heavy. Very happy with quality for the price. A couple of corners were damaged during shipping. Mostly a cosmetic issue. But both Wayfair and the manufacture worked with us to find a solution. Overall very pleased. We specifically liked that these are already painted, so it was one less thing we needed to worry about right now.
