From the few uses I've had so far from it, I love it. It does get a bit confused by cliffs, so you need to use the app to mark an area around a cliff as a no- go zone. It also gets confused around my vent on the floor, and it thinks it's a cliff too. I just mark that as a no go zone and I've had no problems thus far. It navigates around chairs and under my bed like a dream. It also mops hard floors, and suctions more on carpet. It has a voice that you can change to many languages. Other reviewers are correct when saying the temperature dial needs to be set above the needed temp to get a correct preheat. Remedy with a hanging oven thermometer. Do not, I repeat, Do not get the ‘GE Installation’ service with this appliance. Even if you buy an installation kit. The technician will come in, excuse in hand, and will tell you that any dust, or light green on the gas pipe disallows them to service the installation. (When plumbers test for gas leaks upon installation they spray a little water on the line, leading to a light green) Be ready with your own plumber on the day of delivery.
