Incredibly easy to install, and the performance is amazing. Not only does it keep the previously cold floor warm and comfortable, but it also warms the room so well, I can keep the furnace at a lower temperature. Additionally, it's VERY cheap to operate. The reason I didn't give a better score is because 6 of the 7 planks were the exact same style with only one having some dark in it. I only ordered one box, so it would have looked very odd had I decided to install.
