We just got this and initially it seems that our cat isn’t sure what to make of it. The construction is sound and it’s easy to charge and comes with a use charger. It is easy to clean and quiet. This towel warmer is really nice and it works well. I like that it folds down to a nice compact size for storage. I will say I assumed the folding down for storage would be easier and that I would do it between each use, but it requires popping out the 4 supports and unscrewing the legs, so its a little too inconvenient for me personally to do each time.
