Tea For Two 55 Flexjet Whirlpool Kohler 856jhn96

You end the day tired, maybe quiet. You turn on the Whirlpool Bathtub, watch the 1-meter waterfall trace a silver line, and feel warmth build around you. This Freestanding Whirlpool Bathtub isn’t just wide—it’s open. At a little over seventy inches long and fifty-one across, there’s room for two without bumping elbows. The body is acrylic, bright and solid. It keeps heat where it belongs and never feels cold when you step in. Jets sit in smart spots—six through the center, twelve along the sides—moving water evenly so the ache in your back fades before you notice. A quiet 1.5 HP motor drives them, and an inline heater holds the same warmth from start to finish. The 350 W air blower feeds bubbles that lift lightly against your skin. Tap the computer panel and you control it all. Jets. Light. Sound. Sixteen LEDs shift from white to color, and Bluetooth brings in music or soft radio tones. You can match the water to your mood without touching a wall switch. Clean water stays clean. The ozone function clears what you can’t see, while the aroma system adds faint scent without fogging the air. When you lean back, the acrylic feels firm but smooth; it doesn’t dull or stain. The best part—you don’t rush. The tub waits, steady, warm, quiet. When you climb out, the room feels softer, and you know it’s ready again for tomorrow.

Great tub but a couple of things I did not expect. First thing was I underestimated the weight of the tub. It's a lot heavier than it looks. If it needs to go up have some heavy equipment to assist you and the second thing was the amount of electricity it used in the winter. my electric bill went up $80-$100 a month. I'm planning on pulling the side panels this summer and adding additional insulation. Hope this helps.. Tim. Williston, VT. Tue Apr 28 2026

I originally ordered the k5718 h2 and was discontinued by the time by builder went to order it and this is a disappointing replacement. First the specs indicate is it basically the same model, which misled me into letting builder get it. But it’s not, there not control panel to manage heat and massage flow. Both tubs had the drain in middle and on this model it’s a push down to close type of drain, so has u move around in tub, the drain pops open,,,very very poor design. Very sorry for this purchase and I had higher expectations from kohler.. Dma267. Sat Dec 19 2020
