I originally ordered the k5718 h2 and was discontinued by the time by builder went to order it and this is a disappointing replacement. First the specs indicate is it basically the same model, which misled me into letting builder get it. But it’s not, there not control panel to manage heat and massage flow. Both tubs had the drain in middle and on this model it’s a push down to close type of drain, so has u move around in tub, the drain pops open,,,very very poor design. I'm beyond frustrated with Wayfair! I have been trying to get parts to fix this tub that came with broken parts from Wayfair for over a month. Each time I call, they tell me that it will be taken care of immediately. Kohler asked Wayfair to send me replacement parts that are available on Feb 22 and it is already March 25. Ordered the chrome jets and they look great. Unfortunately my plumber would not recommend installing them as he has had issues with leakage after. Maybe a different plumber would install.
