The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. This is my third temperpic mattress, The hybrid mattress in the Breeze that has 10degree cooling is very comfortable and supportive , I went from a queen firm breeze to a split king hybrid . Since I am a side sleeper it is much more comfortable and I am able to sleep well. I like that it is good quality, and the manufacturer stands behind their products. I love everything about it , nothing that I Do not like except the price but you get what you pay for, I paired it up with the pro base which increase the comfort with a lumbar support , mZ vibration and Bluetooth speaker you can pay white noise through and fall a sleep faster. Would highly recommend Tempe pedic as you spend over 1/3 of your life sleeping so you should enjoy your sleep and wake up refreshed so you can enjoy the other 2/3 of you a wake life.. Crv 139.
