This VE zojirushi water heater is all that the claims state. Water is kept very hot. Many different choices to fit multiple uses and needs. As a senior with arthritis, this is especially useful to eliminate boiling water daily and filling thermos etc. I also like that this model is made in Japan. I hope to enjoy using for a long time.. Gorgeous tub! They shipped so fast which was amazing as my order was delayed from another vendor abs wasn’t going to arrive in time for installation so I was pleased to be able to order this and have it delivered in three days! The driver was incredibly helpful on delivery. Surface feels nice to the touch, I wanted cast iron but the heavy weight and the higher cost put me off. We installed the first of 2 of these tubs about a month ago. The big issue is how much water you have to have to stop the lumbar jets from spraying into my hair and all over the wall. I feel like I have to be in the ready position and maneuver to get the jets turned on so we don’t have a huge mess. I don’t water the water so deep but I have no choice. I’m looking for a way to suppress those top jets and can’t find one. Also, I’m having a heck of a time finding a realistic detailed owners manual. Something that goes into detail with how to operate all the features. We also had the bottom air come on while the tub was not in use.
