UPDATE I received a total replacement, in about 10 days. I was able to put this track together, cut to size and install it by myself in about an hour. It is REALLY good quality, tools so nicely and I am very happy with the product. This box also arrived damaged and I am surprised some of the pieces weren’t missing… I really suggest the manufacturer upgrade their packaging process as the ends of both boxes that I received were not sealed properly. I just lucked out that nothing fell out of the 2nd one (replacement). Unfortunately, I can’t really write an honest review yet other than to say the box was damaged and multiple parts were missing. The pieces that were inside seem like they are good quality and as I expected but I can’t put the track up. I have contacted Wayfair, requesting replacement parts and was told (auto messaging) it would be 10 days or so before they are available to be sent. The Bolt Down bracket system enables pergola owners to mount their pergola safely and securely to a wood deck or cement patio. Simply measure your footprint and bolt the galvanized steel brackets into place. Install instructions are well laid out and easy to follow. Two different install options, one for wood with 4 screws and anchors and one for concrete center rod install. Although hardware isn’t included, the install instructions were sent ahead of arrival in email and I was able to use them to get all required items from our local hardware store. Opted for the single center rod install and they were under 5.00 each. Bought the needed concrete drill bit and the anchoring adhesive and all of these went into my husband’s Christmas stocking which made for a few laughs and puzzled looks as he’s trying to figure out what he needed it for!Once assembled, holes marked and then drilled in concrete, used our air compressor to blow out extra concrete dust in the holes. We then dry fit everything, adjusting screws as needed to ensure the bottom plate sat flush to ground. Used the anchoring adhesive in the hole and did the final set, tightened hex nuts and put the decorative shoes over the plates. It hen beautiful sturdy results once adhesive cured.. Diane.
