Poorly packaged for shipping such fragile items (12 glass tiles), had to submit return because of shattered tiles (being glass, there were dangerous slivers and shards in the package). Wayfair was wonderful about the return, so my disappointment is limited to the tiles not arriving intact. Don't recommend this product unless they greatly improve their packaging for shipping. However, kudos to Wayfair for their near effortless return process!. Susan. Jamestown, NC. Wed Jul 12 2023

Originally popularized in the early 1800s, tin ceilings are making a remarkable comeback in modern residential and commercial design. Homeowners, architects, and designers alike are turning to tin ceilings and wall accents for their versatility, fire resistance, and undeniable visual impact. While tin is ideal for ceilings and backsplashes, its true appeal lies in the instant “wow factor” it brings to any space. Today, tin tiles can be found in kitchens, foyers, basements, accent walls, bars, restaurants, and retail settings, where they add timeless elegance and character. The #23 Tin Ceiling Tile is a striking example—its dramatic pattern was salvaged from an early 1900s schoolhouse in Duluth, Minnesota, that was destroyed by fire. Featuring a bold floral emblem with a large centerpiece framed by four sunflower-filled diamonds, it captures both historic charm and artistic detail.

We looked everywhere for someone to put this up for us. None would tackle it. So my husband and I put it up ourselves. Took a long time as we had to level the ceiling in an old house (about 10 hours) and then trying to get all the tiles up while working over our heads. This is DEFINITELY a two person job. We still need to do crown moulding but we are very happy with it!. Allison. Stoughton, WI. Tue Jan 16 2024

Not terribly impressed by this purchase. The "bronze burst" colour that I chose should be described as exactly what it is ... "dark brown". Also, the packaging can't be that great because the largest box of tiles I received had a pretty significant dent along an edge that affected every single tile in the box. I needed to straighten each one which wasn't a huge deal, but far from optimal.. Andrew. Osgoode, ON. Sun Mar 16 2025
