Just received the chairs and let me tell you they needed very little set up. Color was exactly like the picture on line. They were a little stiff at first but softened up nicely with a couple trys by myself and my husband. I loved that my feet were able to touch the floor (I have short legs) and my husband who has longer legs said they felt comfortable. We both love the smooth swivel action on both chairs. Delivery while good - could have been better if the FedEx guy would have rung the doorbell - so they sat on the sidewalk for about a half hour, luckily it wasn't raining at the time.
