I love the nightstands, and the assembly was very easy. There were some issues with finish on both stands. There is peeling laminate on both, and there are areas in which the stain is too dark (and looks like freckles), and where there is very little stain present. There is also an area on one nightstand where the finish is very rough and bumpy. The peeling veneer is a real concern . Hopefully, it doesn’t occur in other areas with use.. Patricia. I bought these nightstands because I thought they were so cute. They are definitely very cute, and look exactly like what I want them to look like. The assembly instructions for the drawers were not as clear as other instruction manuals I have encountered, but aside from that, they were fine to assemble. One thing to note though--they are REALLY tippy. Both my husband and I have almost accidentally tipped them over while opening the top drawer, so we will be anchoring them to the wall soon.. Anna. We ordered two nightstands and like the finish and quality of these. They are heavy, well finished and easy to assemble, we just had to screw the legs on. The drawers close nicely and firmly and we were looking for something that had plug ins - so love the fact that I can put my phone, watch on charge inside the drawer at night (away from my sight and within reach). The color is walnut but not super dark, more medium. I wish it was a little darker for my decor but overall love it.. Jm. CA. Mon Sep 08 2025
