I was a little intimidated when I first opened the box, it looked like alot of different parts. Thankfully what I thought was multiple pieces was actually just alot of packing materials, so this bike is seriously well protected in shipping. this item was purchased for a new install. Meaning there was no other disposal it was replacing. It was super easy and is so amazingly quiet, which is awesome due to the open style floor plan. Received the GE 65gallon water heater with flexcapacity today (240v model). I did the installation by myself however the GE water heater is heavy. Luckily i got some help from my friend to set the water heater heater in place. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement.
