The product itself is great. However sonneman dissapointing me in how they ship the box. When you are paying this amount of money for a simple concept you'd expect to have the shipping box in a properly packaged and in a safe way. Had to send first one back as it came cracked and bent. The primary component of the Chute series is a slim round rod illuminated along the entirety of its length. The diffuser radiates soft light outward from the axis of the lamps and completes the cylindrical shape.
