When it comes to lending your space a decorative touch, area rugs make great options for adding a stylish accent that also protects your floors and muffles the sound. Take this rug, for example, handwoven in India from wool, it features multicolored bands against a mocha background for an understated look. And with a 0.39'' pile height, it's a great option for adding a cushioned touch to a space that's still easy to maintain. We recommend adding a rug pad to help keep this piece in place.

This area rug brings contemporary movement to indoor floors with its eye-catching abstract pattern. Crafted from a blend of polypropylene, polyester, and jute, it offers a soft surface underfoot that stands up to regular daily use in high-traffic spots. The jute backing adds structure underneath while keeping the piece anchored in place. A low profile makes it easy to position beneath furniture or near doorways without obstructing clearance. Plus, the stain-resistant surface allows for simple spot-cleaning when spills occur.

Absolutely love this rug. Being on sale was a plus, but the colors, texture, and thickness were the selling points. I wanted an abstract rug to tie the colors in a studio apartment together. This rug was perfect.. Joyce. Moore, SC. Sun Sep 27 2026

LOVE this calf hair mosaic rug. It's very soft under the feet, has a felt backing so it secures it a bit (but not 100%). I might put down double sided tape to hold it in place. I love it because my Vacuum Robot has no issues with the height of it, it goes over it easy peasy. It looks super sharp and I'm very pleased with it. I got the 4x6 to put at my front door entryway. Will see how it holds up to Alberta (Canada) winters. I think I'll get a runner for my kitchen as well.. Teebo. St. Albert, Alberta. Sat Aug 22 2026

Bring a coastal vibe to your living room, dining room, or home office with this simple modern area rug. It features abstract stripes in shades of gray, tan, and camel. This rug is power-loomed in Turkey from polypropylene. Its .3" pile height is cozy underfoot. We recommend a rug pad (sold separately) for additional cushioning and stability.

This rug is exactly what I was looking for It goes well in the space. Carol. Hernando34442, FL. Tue Sep 29 2026

Cowhide rug made with varying sizes of parallel strips

I gave this a 4-star rating because it’s a beautiful rug and so far (had it one week) the quality appears to be impressive. The problem is that I ordered a gray rug and after a near six-week wait, I received a beige rug. That was very disappointing since I wanted a color that best coordinated with my existing decor. I decided to make it work but at this price point, that type of mistake should not happen. I plan to reach out to Wayfair’s. customer service team and make them aware.. Marcia. El Paso, TX. Sun Mar 13 2022

This tufted area rug features an abstract motif that's sure to bring a modern, chic look to your space. Handmade from a blend of wool and viscose, it features a neutral background that is the perfect foundation for the strokes of gold, gray and beige hues. You'll love the added touch of a slight sheen spread throughout the pattern that will bring a touch of glamour to the floor. To prevent slippage and for extra protection for both the rug and floor, we recommend pairing it with a rug pad sold separately.
