We love these night stands! The spindled legs are absolutely gorgeous. They each took about 50 minutes to build with 2 people. Overall very sturdy and quality wood. My only complaint is the packaging. They laid down the large side panel with the drawer slides facing down into the styrofoam without laying down a foam paper between them which caused the styrofoam to get stuck in the grooves and grease in the slides. I had to clean it out because I was afraid that the drawers would get stuck from the styrofoam pieces but the grease makes the pieces stick so I had to vacuum them out. What a beautiful end table! It arrived perfectly secure and packaged carefully to protect the wood. Assembly was quick, perhaps 15 minutes as I assembled it alone. As the instructions suggested, I did not tighten any screws until it was completely assembled to be sure everything fit properly, then I tightened them gently but not overly so. I chose this table for the dimensions and also for the solid hardwood construction. The rosettes complement the rosettes in my home, which was a bonus. The oval shape is different from the typical round or rectangular, and it better fit my space. Glass cut to the size of the table protects the surface. I received this table (which I intend to use as a side table by my couch in our living room), in about 10 days. I noticed a large tear and indentation when I got it ( by FedEx). Was concerned that there may be damage to the table. I was very pleased to see how well it was packed! Lots of styrofoam, and cardboard and other packing material. There was no damage. The table is very, very close to what the pictures of it shows. Strong, heavy wood, beautiful! Excellent quality. Assembling this table was easy. One person can do it in half an hour but easier if 2 people were involved to hold up the sides as the back panel was slid into the side panels. All pieces were in pristine condition. All parts were there. I am purchasing another of these tables after seeing how well made and classy this table is.
