This 260 gallon water resistant resin lockable deck box is HUGE! In a good way! It would be an excellent option for storing patio cushions during rain and snow since it is water resistant. Although we considered that option, we are going to use it for product deliveries to our home to help packages from getting wet and destroyed and or stolen. We will have the lock open and ask the delivery driver to lock it when they leave. It is very durable and was easy to put together. The only problem that I feel could have some attention to are the directions. They are very confusing and not very user friendly. I probably could have put it together a lot quicker without looking at the directions. Besides that, the functionality and integrity of the deck box is truly a five-star. It arrived in perfect condition, and very quickly. The only reason that I gave it four stars is that the center of the top is a bit flimsy. It is reinforced with metal, but it doesn't quite strengthen it enough to sit on it, as advertised. I certainly wouldn't use it as a table in my living room, also as advertised. This deck box is a great size and holds all of our outdoor cushions along with a hammock sling, which gives us plenty of storage without taking up too much space. I also really love the spring mechanism on the lid—it makes opening and closing the box much easier and keeps the lid from slamming down. The color is great as well, and I think it will age nicely and fade naturally as it’s exposed to the elements over time.
