The bed is great! The only thing that was frustrating was that it was advertised as the lowest price and had a 24 hour window to get the offer so I took it. I found out two days later that the Bed went on sale for a lower price and when I contacted customer service, they were unwilling to match that price or even let me return the bed and get my money back and then order the Bed at the lower price. This is the best idea ever, I love it! I was not thrilled about a dark color so I took fabric and glue gunned it all around the wood pieces after I assembled most of it, their was enough room to do this and it worked great. This s a great bed! First of all it was delivered on time. Our Way Fair at Home contractor for assembly did not show up for our appointment so we decided to build it ourselves. It took a few hours to assemble, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. It comes with all thee tools needed also. The bed is super cute, holds a memory foam mattress, has two wire drawers that roll smoothly and hold tons of clothing. The ambient lighting has a remote and is perfect for the shelving. The bed is well constructed and easy to put together. It was packaged very well, and even with a little damage on the box itself, the pieces were safely contained within styrofoam and unharmed. The only snag that I ran into was the three pre-drilled holes for the legs under the drawers didn't go all the way through (see photos). This was easily corrected with a drill. Otherwise, all of the parts of the bed were present with the correct amount of screws/washers/etc. I would recommend that you have a powered drill for fastening the slats to the bed rail with the provided Phillips head screws.. It is beautiful and feels heavy and stable. It does not squeak or move around. I placed the bed on the carpet and the drawers still move in and out easily. Drawers are made of solid wood. I have had other similar beds where the drawers are made of plastic. I am glad that I paid someone to install it because it took a pro more than an hour. The bed is great very sturdy made with good quality wood. I would have given it 5 stars however the assembly instructions are very poorly done.
