I had been looking for a chandelier for a long time, and I was having a difficult time finding a piece large enough, with quality crystal, that wouldn’t break the bank. This piece is perfect! We ordered the Empire crystal, and it’s absolutely stunning! (I accidentally ordered the matching chandelier for our dining room with a lower quality crystal, and my husband and I could tell the difference almost immediately; we are hoping to exchange it, because it’s worth the up charge to get the nicer crystal in our opinion.) This piece is heavy, and my husband did reinforce the metal box we had in our ceiling. But, he was satisfied with the mounting mechanics with the fixture.
