The mattress just needed a couple of hours and the shape was perfect after unboxing and no lumps or issues. My daughter absolutely loves this new mattress! We bought it for her dorm. The full-size fits perfectly on the bed frame that is also from Wayfair. The box that the mattress comes in has very simple and very specific instructions on how to open it. One small little cut, and the mattress unrolled itself, and then one more cut, and the mattress filled back up with air and was perfectly full and ready to go in seconds! The mattress is extremely comfortable, not too firm and not too soft, and has a bit of bounce to it when you sit down or roll over. I have a unique setup where I have 2 queen beds together because I sleep with my 2 great danes and 1 great pyrenees. I needed to be sure this bed was supportive, with some bounce , because straight memory foam doens't hold up to the amount of weight that could be on the bed. THIS IS AMAZING. First the coils are stiff with tons of support. Exactly what I need! It's an honest 12" high which is important since I have a 12" mattress next to it and it was off in measurements, it would be uncomfortable. But most importantly its extremely comfortable.
