Really easy to build and very sturdy but I was missing a whole set of screws. I think they accidentally put in more of another set because I had more than enough to build the piece and it works perfectly as I imagine it should. Also, the hinges are visible when it’s folded and very visible because it’s silver on dark walnut but it is what it is. It’s sturdy, doesn’t wobble and the table top is flat when it’s up. This table arrived in excellent condition even though the box had several holes and huge dents the components inside were extremely well packed ! This table was fairly easy to assemble and is actually solid wood! So it is heavy and durable but also makes two people working on assembly very nice. I love the way it looks and all the hardware was excellent quality The only reason I gave it three stars instead of four was it doesn’t come with chairs and I have searched all over wayfair’s website and can’t find any that will fit in the storage area underneath the table. I may just use that space to store paper plates and other items for when the grand kids come to visit so they will be easily accessible. All in all I would recommend this super sturdy table.. Sandra.
