I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. We put it over a concrete slab. SO HAPPY.. Amanda. United States. Wed Nov 16 2022

I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. Also bought my own 16 foot and 10 foot long boards for the sill plates and headers, and used them instead of the shorter pieces that came with the kit. Michael. Wed Jul 03 2024

This needs at least two-three people to install it, and it does not come with a floor, garage door, or roof shingles. All specified in product description. Although we paid 7,000, it took another 3,500 to complete the finished shed because of that. Plus we insulated and installed sheetrock inside. Pretty easy to follow instructions and materials were well documented and tagged. Lots of room inside. We reconfigured windows and one door easily. Overall a good value considering we did the work ourselves.. Family. Yardley, PA. Sun Dec 26 2021

Well the shed is great but the team sent out to install it were not even familiar with how to put together a shed. They said that they don't even get told what they're going to build just to bring tools and show up somewhere. I was very disappointed. They didn't even get to finish that day but I didn't want them to come back because they wouldn't be paid to come back an extra day. So my husband and I still have a lot of work to put on it and it's been 3 years. I just don't think that I'm going to put the stuff on there like I'm supposed to.. Sarah. US. Fri Oct 17 2025

We regretted this purchase from put-together day #1! It ended up taking 75 hours to put it together. We had to make several make shift changes because of some pieces that were not provided. The directions have NO WORDS and the tiniest non-descriptive pictures in the world. This is not water proof, but we used spray foam insulation and caulking to seal it up. In any severe heat or hold, it is apparent the windows and top clear roof panels would crack and dry rot. Time will tell! In short, with a LOT of patience, work and help, this item is usable but don't expect anything easy or high quality about it!. Devan. KY. Sat Sep 12 2026

I would include a picture if it had in fact been delivered this morning contrary to what I was told for the third time in the past week. I was told that it would be delivered last Sunday. It was pushed back until Wednesday, 1218 and then it was pushed back again till this Sunday 1222.. Somebody updated the tracking to say that they had attempted delivery on Wednesday the 18th when in fact they did not. They blamed that I had not opened a suitable drop zone for the delivery but nobody in fact ever showed up or called me. However, I got an email note today that it had been supposedly delivered this morning. No it had not been delivered. This order has been screwed up from the very beginning and its to the point where I cant believe anything that I see from Wayfair. Where it stands right now per Helen at the large parcel desk, shes waiting word from ABF who is going to be picking up my shed kit at the romeoville Illinois Warehouse and then schedule a delivery from there. I still dont know when its going to be delivered but I am extremely unhappy about how this whole order has been handled. Helen was very helpful this morning in getting to the bottom of where the shed in fact was which was at Romeoville because I had been told earlier that it was in Strongsville Ohio. All I want is my shed and some honest tracking data from Wayfair because whats in this order tracking is 90 garbage. All I want is my shed delivered and it better be in good condition or its going back. Thats all I have to say other than I will think long and hard before I buy anything from Wayfair again. This has been a disaster.. Stephen. US. Fri Dec 20 2024

Weighing 312 lbs with reinforced metal plates, it offers superior stability and wind resistance up to 70 mph. The storage shed is very good and exactly as illustrated. I decided to assemble it myself to see how difficult the process would be. I would say it is somewhat challenging, but it can be assembled by one person with patience, although it will likely take several days to complete. The only thing I am not happy about is that the boxes arrived slightly damp. At first, I did not pay much attention to it, but during assembly I noticed that several pieces already had mold on them. This concerns me because it may affect the long-term durability of the shed. Other than that, it is a very good, spacious, and functional storage unit.. Dennis Ramírez. Florida. Thu Oct 22 2026

I need to complain first. The shed was supposed to be here april 12-15th instead it was on its way in February....that didn't work out so they postponed it until March 12th. Then there was a delivery issue, were they wanted me to pick it up (with a flat bed in ohio) OR rent a high-low to get it off there truck...!? Wait that's not what the add said!! Finally it came and got off the truck. The shed itself is easy to put together the trusses were a bit daunting and I would have to say the hardest part was figuring out the roof sheeting sizes. After that it was a snap, I even put in electrical and outside lighting in the soffit. I also used the box it came in to make a (FREE WORK BENCH) as well as rafters for extra storage...I used every bit of what they sent me and this is what I ended up with. All in all I would recommend this shed but be ready for the b.s. of delivery!!. Annette. MI. Wed Mar 02 2022
