Classically inspired Lion Fountain Wall Fountain is quick to set up and use. The fountain has a built in hanger in the back making it easy to hang. Power is required to operate the fountain so please make sure power is within reasonable distance. No assembly is required but the pump needs to be sumbersed in the basin of the fountain with the power cord following the channel created for it to go behind the fountain and the fountain to lay flat with the wall. Water will cascade from the lions mouth into the basin and recycled for continual use. Water evaporates over time so please remember to occassionally check the water level in the fountain. Allowing the pump to operate without enough water will result in the pump to stop working. The Hanging Lion Wall Fountain is quick and easy to set up for use and adds the tranquil sound of running water to your space.

It’s a gorgeous fountain. I don’t know how anyone would be able to hook this up without professional help. It took two men to lift it out of the box piece by piece and assemble it. It has a great water sound and a bit of a splash. Because it’s on pavers I’m not sure what I can do to prevent the splash on the floor. Pros extremely well made, solid, looks like it belongs in a European Mediterranean town. The pump is the perfect sizestrength to provide a pleasant steady stream. The sound is mesmerizing. There is an easy enough, but concealed opening in the back to allow for pumplight cords without having to do too many acrobatics. The shipping is so well protected it could probably be hurled from a plane and survive. Cons it’s delivered on a pallet and it either has to reach its final location in pieces or the opening has to be large enough where a pallet can fithand fork lift can easily access. The pieces are large and extremely heavy. This is not a 1-2 person operation. Expect some need of helpequipment to install it. The bottom basin is probably about 900-1000lbs. The two upper ones with the back was probably another 700lbs (which has to lifted to fit on top of the basin, which in turn is lifted over three separate pieces comprising the bottom-baselegs. You need to have a very clear and precise idea where it’s going because once it’s set down, it will be very difficult to move. The pump tubing requires a little effort to connect, but doable. This fountain looks amazing, but is incredibly heavy and comes in two pieces. You will most certainly need help from strong experienced installation professionals. It would be ideal if Wayfair offered a “white glove” delivery/installation service that could be purchased along with the fountain. While the last mile carrier was fantastic in terms of delivery placement, it would have been awesome to have had professional unboxing and packaging removal, followed by professional installation. One critique I’d have is that the “channels” in each of the basins are not grooved deep enough to allow the water volume to flow over without overflowing the lip of the basin itself (even with the pump turned on its lowest setting) I’m going to attempt to “rout out” the channels with a dremel tool to deepen the grooves.
