I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. Out of the box, this griddle will NOT fit a Prestige 450, but I found it was easily altered to fit. As it is designed to fit the larger surface area of a Prestige 500, the rear spacer needs 1/4” cut off each side, and a small notch cut (see attached photos). The griddle is also too large front to back, but a couple of self-tapping screws along the back edge and inside the front lip of the barbecue prevent any movement. This griddle is really well made. Being stainless steel, there’s no seasoning needed - just clean with water after use to steam clean any food residue off. This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try. The lights wont be fully installed for a while yet but I am pleased with their overall desighn and condtruction. THey will hold up well to outdoor conditions. There is a swith on the junction box that will change the lighting effect as desired. Lastly - the description, and even instructions, specify a 2 7/8" hole saw cut needed for installation. THis is not a readily avaiable hole sixe to find, but on further isnpection, a hole saw of 2 5/8" is sufficient and will do the job just as good if not better providing a hole with less slop for the fixture to move within.. Looks fine, has buttons on top if the unit (which makes you able to work the unit without the need of a remote). Has a noisy fan though. What is most bothering is that they claim the bulb has 22,000 lumens (not specified if ANSI or ISO), and when checked on the web, this model has only somewhere between 300-500. Lights arrived packed properly And all of them do work properly. The ability to tilt the lights is a great feature. If you choose to keep them flush they do not look as if they are tiltable which is a more high-end look. The multi-choice Kelvin feature is very helpful.
