15.5” opening (16.5” width cabinet) 15 inch pull out fit perfectly! Absolutely happy w quality and accessibility to items! Nothings lost and forgotten about. Organizes things so nicely. Make sure the pieces of wood attached to the assembly for the drawers you install left on left and right on right, there’s a little maybe half an inch height that allows the drawer to pull out smoothly. If it sits on a shelf, it attaches to the sidewall so it’s anchored sitting on the removable shelf is just extra support, but there’s no flipping because it attaches to the side walls. Second note you wanna make sure that you have half an inch to 1 inch in the back my debt in my cupboards are 23 inches. With my hinges, the board sits right behind it leaving about an inch behind it and it shuts perfectly. It does not come with measurement so my right side the opposite of my hinges I had to measure. I did also have to when I had the wood pressed up against the side. I did have to drill before I screwed the screws in. Little time-consuming, but installation was pretty simple. I would say it took me about 20 minutes per shelf and that’s because of pre-drilling the holes and aligning and measuring. As a 48-year-old woman I’ve installed 12 of these. Sturdy well crafted preassembled. If you’re sitting on the fence about pull out drawers, these are amazing. I would say if you’re wondering about the width 1.5 inches extra. Center-mount ball-bearing slide is ideal for applications such as bedroom cabinets, bathroom vanities and kitchen cabinets

Being a novice fixing a drawer, it took me a bit to figure out how to separate this into 2 parts for install since there were no real instructions. I eventually figured out that you just had to forcefully yank them apart as their is no lever or catch for release like most drawer slides I've dealt with. After that, it was a simple install. I did have to search for flat small screws to install as they are not included with this slide. The only down side is that you have to pull so hard that it actually pulls the attached slide off the bottom of the drawer since there is no way to attach it tightly to thin wood bottoms. It seems sturdy enough, but we will be careful with this file drawer and never pull it fully out again...Not much left to reattach it to. Looks to be a great product. Transolid needs to improve the packaging. Ours arrived with damage to one corner which fortunately will be hidden once installed and should present no problems in future. The texture which mimics stone, perhaps slate, is fantastic. Like most shower pans, this one gets set in mortar and promises to be quite "solid". Really looking forward to the finished bath.. Dale. This type of slide is a popular solution because it has a great balance of simple, smooth function and weight capacity. This model wraps underneath the bottom edge on each side of a drawer and can be screwed in place either through the bottom or side; the edge wrapping provides more stability than the other common euro side mount drawer slide. This slide is self closing (it will shut itself during last few inches of travel) with built in stop - simply lift drawer up and over stop to remove from cabinet.
