This is a great value for the money. Its solidly built and easy to assemble. I recommend not fully tightening any of the screws until it is fully assembled as that makes it easier to align everything. The TV mount does technically swivel but very slightly. Looks great once put together! Lots of pieces and heavy for one person to bring in. Assembly was spilt into two days for one person to build. It took around 6-7 hours total to put together. If you have a 75” TV you will likely need two people to get the tv onto the integrated mount to make sure it is secure. The physical manual that came with the box showed a slightly different illustration of the back of the mount on the last two pages versus the manual assembly online, which made mounting the TV a bit confusing.. Exactly what I needed for my living room that doesn't have a great setup. Being on wheels this allows me to keep my furniture out of the way and the room flows well when Im not watching TV, then I just slide this off the wall to the best spot when I do.
