The Armor SX5000 WB is a PRO-Grade water-based penetrating water-repellent sealer. It penetrates deep into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%. The Armor SX5000 WB is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

Drains are the finishing touch of any bathtub purchase. Available in various finishes to coordinate with your tub filler, Victoria + Albert® drain kits for undermount and drop-in bathtubs deliver the quality inherent in the brand.

This drain was expensive, but well worth every dollar. Plumber said it was the best fitting drain he has ever installed. Drain closes tight and is recessed so that it can not be opened like the mushroom drains( which is what I had before and if I hit it, it would open and drain when I didn't want it to.) Fabulous!!!!!. Although born and raised in Los Angeles, Artist Van Garret has been heavily influenced by traveling abroad to many countries, especially Iceland. Music is a big part of his life and it sparked his creativity even before he began painting. Van began painting when he was in college and he is self-taught. “Art was something that was always in my genes. It makes me happy. I believe that every artist leaves a piece of themselves in their artwork. In turn, it makes me happy when people get to own part of those pieces to share with the world.” Van prefers working in liquid acrylics and watercolors because of their fluidity. “I like how the colors flow. I like to observe how the different shapes and mixtures come alive.” Van finds animals, humans and nature are his favorite subjects to paint. He is inspired by nature, people, and music. When not painting, Van runs marathons, travels, and plays the guitar.
