I am delighted by the high design of this set. I selected it to replace a dated unit in our home. The components are solid with some serious weight to each piece. I love the easy to clean, silicone, sprayer jets on the rain head, wall head and the hand sprayer. I deducted 1 star because the components do not operate simultaneously. I will update when installed by plumber.. Wendy. St Augustine, FL. Tue Sep 22 2026

It’s a gorgeous toilet that has all the features you could ever want! It’s a little shorter than the chair height models so keep that in mind. I had an issue with getting it installed though (not the fault of the toilet!). First thing is that you need to have a dedicated power outlet which we had installed. But we can’t install it without moving the water shut off valve. The back of the toilet’s opening doesn’t match up with the placement of my water line so it’s going to take longer to get it installed and a lot more complicated. When all that is resolved, I look forward to using it for a long time!. Lisa. Royal Oaks, CA. Wed Nov 19 2025

Looks good, but noisy on the function. We had the earlier version of the same smart toilet from Kohler that was very quiet and felt more comfortable. Wish the companies don't down grade quality of the products over the course of time, while they charge us very heavily for the product at the same time.. Jaisree. Kent, WA. Thu May 02 2024

Oh my goodness after using one of these in our primary home, I knew I had to get a bidet toilet for our home at the Jersey shore. I have black accents in this bathroom, so the black accent on the back of the lid blends perfectly. Love that this is remote control whereas some of the bidet toilets have a button on the side, which is its primary functionality point for spraying/drying, etc. This one has both. If you’re contemplating whether or not you deserve this upgrade for your bathroom, look no further and buy this one. You definitely do deserve it! It’s a life-changing experience in cleanliness! The rest of the world, including the Middle East and Europe, all appreciates these not to mention, Japan of course they should become mainstream in every United States home!. Barbara. Dover, NJ. The Moen Flo Shutoff installs on your home's main water line to monitor flow, pressure, and temperature 24/7, and automatically shuts off your water if it detects a leak, before it causes serious damage. Most water devices wait for a leak to happen, then send you an alert. The Flo Shutoff works differently. It proactively runs daily MicroLeak tests to find small drips, high pressure, and freezing conditions before they cause damage. When something is seriously wrong, it doesn’t just notify you, it automatically shuts off your water. A third-party LexisNexis study found homes with a Flo Shutoff saw up to a 96% reduction in water damage claim events. Stay in control from anywhere with the Moen Flo App, and add a FloProtect plan for extended warranty coverage and insurance deductible support. Because the Flo Shutoff installs in-line on your main water supply, professional installation is recommended. Water damage is the most underestimated threat inside a home; more common than fire and more costly than theft. Moen Flo exists to change that. We prevent loss, one drip at a time.

This is awesome. Frequently leaks are stopped with this shutoff. After paying 1,600 for a preventable pipe leak, this pays for itself. Karnik. Fri Sep 25 2026
