I’m a huge fan of smart toilets! This toilet has a Small footprint which was perfect for our small bathroom. It was tricky to install due to the small space but it turned out great. I love the heated seat and wash the has but haven’t used all the great features yet. Instructions didn’t specify you have to remove the top part by snapping it off - lift the seat and where the middle notches are you can start lifting it. That’s how you add the nuts. I created a master suite for my daughter and son-in-law, and utilized this toilet for it's modern look, and space saving. I have built new homes, and done tons of renovations for years. This was a little challenging, but worth my daughter's huge smile when finished, around the end of January 2025. The water inlet valve stopped functioning on Nov. 10th 2025. This sink is lightweight compared to other setups like a vanity and heavy sink insert. This model is definitely modern, once I found a faucet to fit, it went up pretty quick.
