We had this system installed by our plumber. And have been using it for almost a year. I am pretty happly with it. The hand held sprayer is plastic, but the spray functions work well. I like how the tub faucet pivits so it can ne turned out of the way when shoveling..it nice and long. I was nervous that it wasn't a name-brand but it has worked very well. The rain shower-head is large and I like that it can pivot. The regular shower head works well and has various settings. I was also concerned that I would only be able to choose the water temperature but not the volume of water--no problem, the control allows for both volume and temp. I've been using it for about three weeks. All good. Update, within a few months, the shower head button wouldn't work. I was blown away by the quality of the unit.. the fact that it came with everything except the "drop ears" was incredible.. When I first opened the box I thought " what the hell did I get myself into".. but it was made for worldwide sales so they " dumbed down" the instructions for those if us that usually just look at the pictures.. the quality of the stuff hidden behind the wall is top shelf and the finish of the things is so see if unbelievable, they even give you white gloves, for the "hoity toity" plumbers or there i guess..haven't finished the shower to attach a photo or I would. so glad we took a chance on this! installed ourselves, and I was very nervous that another review mentioned a concern on the valve. Luckily we didn't see that on ours, and I did have a light panic that the nozzles weren't putting out water for the overhead as well as I thought it could- it was streaming crookedly, but if you just graze your hands or fingertips on the rubbery bits it like frees or loosens it up and then it streams out water much better / straight line.
