The material has a somewhat inexpensive feel and also tends to trap heat, which I do not like. However, it has washed very well, which was extremely important to me, and for the price it works perfectly well in my guest room. It is comfortable enough and does the job as an everyday duvet cover set. I’m really impressed with this. It is beyond my exceptions for the price. The white is a bright white. The plush is plushy. I was hesitant buying knowing it’s polyester and I sometimes feel hot at night. I would still recommend cotton shell if you’re a hot sleeper and not this but it’s not too bad paired with my cotton percale sheets it’s a good balance of crisp cool sheets and a cozy comforter.
