I bought two of these desks. They were packaged extremely well. There were no dings or dents. The top and side legs of the desk are sturdy and feel like real wood. I like the clean lines along with a bite of detail. The assembly was easy and I was able to complete it in about an hour and a half for each. The directions were easy to follow. Do not use a power drill. I only needed a bit of assistance with putting the top on despite the directions saying it required two people.. Elizabeth. Washington Dc. Sat Jul 18 2026

This is a extremely well made, high quality desk of solid wood. It comes completely preassembled out of the box and mine had no defects. That said, it is extremely heavy so you definitely need help removing it from packaging and placing it. The color is more of a dove gray with some natural variation but I wouldn’t say it is distressed. It has a classic appeal but the shape and drawer pulls make it look a little more modern. Plenty of storage and the drawers are beautifully made and slides work well. I placed this desk in my home office and love the softness and femininity it brings to the room.. Laurel. Rockville, MD.
