This range..my goodness. It's incredible. We'll start at the top. The flat top without the typical back protruding into the cooking area is so sleek. We can actually fit all of our pots and pans on all the burners and it's a game changer. Moving down into the burners on the range, they're solid metal and provide an even heat for any type of cooking I need. The quick boiler is incredibly fast. What used to take a full 15 minutes to boil now takes 8 with the smaller burner in the middle of it heating the center of the pot. The grill/griddle burner is fun to use and I never thought I'd be making bacon and pancakes without a pan or separate appliance. The controls on the front are adult-user friendly and easily connected to my SmartThings app. The additional safety of having to pinch and push the controls, plus the slick lighting of the controls when they're on provides peace of mind that they won't be accidentally activated or forgotten. The stove portion is also incredible. So many features and settings including an air fryer and roasting settings (among others) that provides consistent results every time. It even allows for crisping that can essentially replace having to sear meat beforehand. It preheats quickly and accurately and even sends a notification to your phone when it's ready. One feature is that it also has a camera that you can make time lapse videos automatically if you want. Awesome fridge. The family hub is a super addition for a busy family with multiple kids. The schedule is on the door. You can do art or leave messages for the next person so you don’t forget. The black stainless steel runs off though at the edges of the doors and the water pitcher is nicely hidden behind the door but you have to jimmy it to reach the sensors so it won’t refill every time Otherwise it’s a great looking and sensible fridge especially with the flex.. Getting the Fridge from Wayfair was a much more pleasant experience than ordering it from Samsung. We waited for our original purchase from Samsung for almost a month. We eventually canceled our order and purchased it from Wayfair because Samsung could not give us a concrete delivery date. But that was not without another big hiccup. The fridge did not come with any panels, though the images show the default panels attached. If you carefully look at the description, it says “panel ready.” Tricky if you don’t catch it at first. We love the fridge and all its features. The compartments and the beverage hub fit all our refrigerated food in a very organized way. The ice feature is cool too! It makes regular and bite-sized cubes. The water jug with the flavor diffuser is also cool. The sensor allows the pitcher to be filled when necessary. With all that we love, the fridge in our kitchen looks like an unfinished product. Wayfair only has the middle and bottom panels for sale, so even if I had paid attention and ordered them from Wayfair, I would have encountered the problem of not having the panels in the color I wanted. The only company with the panels we wanted was, you guessed it… Samsung. And though we were promised all three panels on the same date, one arrived, and we are in the second week waiting for the other two panels to arrive. When the one panel arrived, it was the color we wanted, but not the finish. It turns out the color we wanted only comes in matte though we wanted a reflective glass finish like the one that came as the default color on the hub. This was our fault again because we trusted the images rather than the product description. I don’t think Wayfair is not responsible for the debacle. I believe that Samsung didn’t have enough foresight to realize that having customizable panels would leave inventory problems all around because there is no way to know what colors will sell faster in one area to the next. They are also responsible for the images they use to feature their product. Would I order this product again? Yes. I love the fridge and its features, but I am disappointed to wait so long for the panels. Will I continue to order from Wayfair? Absolutely! I absolutely love everything about our new slide in range which we purchased in Dec 2025. We had a Samsung prior to the new one and enjoyed it but this one is supreme. In particular I love the light up dials when the burners are turned on. The oven camera is a novelty, but we rarely use it. The wi fi technology is a treat. We can activate the oven when away from the house and monitor and control cook modes, temps and cook times. The electronic display is super convenient and easy to use. I’ve read reviews that Samsung should have made the digital clock visible at all times. The wi fi feature must be on and the clock will display 24/7. It has a very modern sleek design and we are so pleased with it. The one minor complaint is the narrow grove on the front of the cook top is a very minor irritant to keep clean. It has a round silicone strip in it. You get used to in though. Overall we love this and purchased the extra warranty. Love the dials on and display on the front so much better than the back display models. Preheats super quick and temp is consistent. Would definitely purchase this again and highly recommend. Also love the alerts that come to my phone when burners are turned on, preheating done and cooking completed. I can also see if and burners have been left on when away from the house. It looks like a ceramic smooth top, but has the induction labels on each burner so you know it needs the appropriate cookware. All burners rapidly boil water within a minute with appropriately sized cookware. Dials work well with an initial press onward and clockwise turn to start the burner. Then you can just turn the dial to get to the desired temperature setting. Rapid boost is amazingly fast. Perfect for a rapid boil. When you turn the temperature down then it will immediately react with instant heat reduction. Each setting can be felt as you turn the dial so you know that you have the correct temperature setting. If you leave a burner on without any cookware then it will sound a gentle alarm to let you know to run it off. The burners will turn off automatically within a minute if you don’t put the cookware back on. You will then have to use the dial to turn it back on. This is a great safely and energy conserving feature that prevents burners from being left on after cooking is completed. Dials are smooth and large for hands that may have physical disabilities. Larger dials are easier to use with fingers and hands that have limitations. So the larger size is a great advantage in this way. The dials are well made. The induction cooktop surface is easy to clean. If it cools you can use a scraper designed for the surface and can use Cerambrite liquid as a cleaner. A microfibre cloth is perfect for keeping the surface clean and free if any debris. OPERATING PANEL: The operating panel is well made. It is easy to use and see at arms length. The clock is easy to set, and very visible and bright for nighttime. The panel will show a “burner on” during use, and “cooktop hot” during use and a little while after burners are turned off. Great for letting everyone know the cooktop is hot because there is no other way of knowing. Burners do cool down quite rapidly once turned off. All of the buttons on the panel are well labeled and easy to press. USER MANUAL/APP: I use the online manual as it has a search feature, but the physical copy is essential for those wanting to sit and read at leisure. The manual allows quick topic searches that save a lot of time. The app calle LG ThinQ is available to download if you are interested in smart features. The app walks you through the setup to get the range remote connected ti you home WiFi. OVEN: The light button for the oven is easy to apply when the oven door is closed. You can watch food bake inside the large illuminated oven. The light automatically comes on when you open the door, which is a nice safety feature. The oven is easy to use through the control panel. The oven has the bake, convection, and air fry settings. These are all very easy to use with the desired settings through the press of the panel buttons. The oven interior is very spacious, and there is a pull out storage drawer beneath the unit. MY IMPRESSION: My overall impression of this electric range oven is excellent. Absolutely love this refrigerator. It is very appealing visually. The ice maker is incredible. You’ll never run out of ice. Love the beverage station with the filtered water jug. Most impressive is being able to view the inside of your fridge from the app (perfect when out shopping). Love the photos you can upload to the screen and the fact that I can ask Alexa to play music and sounds pretty good! BE SURE you know you are getting a slide in and not a stand alone. It is hard to read a slide-in's panel when you are over 6 feet. I have only used the stove so far and it is fine. It makes more noise than my old range when the gas is on. Also had to move the gas line in the back so it would sit flush against the wall. Also had to have a backsplash added.. Dgriepenstroh.
