This is a very nice stainless steel backsplash. It was packaged very, very well and actually took quite a bit of time to get into to get the item out. But that's great because there was absolutely no damage whatsoever. However, the splash didn't fit where I wanted it to go. It was about 1/4" too high. I ended up having to use it in my kitchen bar area instead. And that's ok too. Because now it gives a very fresh and modern look to the area. I did use adhesive instead of screwing it in though. This is a beautiful, sleek looking range hood. It has great features and is very well made. The convertible option is huge for those of us who don't currently have a vented hood. It is heavy but installation looks like it will be straight forward. My installation is delayed since I have to remove cabinets over the stove, find the backsplash tiles that current end at the bottom of the cabinet and continue it up before installing the hood. We ordered this Zephyr duct cover from Wayfair, unfortunately the main panel (30”) arrived with some small dentsdings, crimpedbuckled edges and a very light digital imprint that could not be removed. I called Zephyr to ask if they would send a replacement. Without any hesitation and at no charge, Zephyr’s service rep (Brian) sent a whole new replacement.
