This is probably the most impressive piece of gym equipment I’ve ever used. It has every workout any person could ever want and it’s fully modular. Sit ups, pull ups, bench press, rowing, band workouts, squat rack… and more I probably haven’t even figured out yet. It is extremely sturdy and can easily hold my entire weight without wobbling at all. The best part is that it doesn’t even take up that much space… could easily fit in a small workout room or garage gym. Super impressed with the quality. The length (5 ft) is perfect for our spot (no cutting!), and the color is also a spot on match for our carpet. We needed this to keep it safe behind our new power lift chair/recliner and the wall. It was a bit of a wrestling match to unfurl the item, and I found a short video online that explained very well how to apply the double-sided tape. I hope this helps keep us safe!. Martha.
