The cabinets came in perfect condition and were easy to assemble with one person. They look great and seem to be of good quality. The cabinets need to be mounted on a flat wall, which didn't work in my garage (the foundation sticks out too far), so just be sure you have a fully flat wall for mounting. It penetrates deep into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%. The Armor SX5000 WB is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. This cabinet was a lot easier to assemble and install than I expected. Even though it is 72x48x18inches, I was able to move it around during construction, though having a second person is recommended.
