perfect place set for smaller spaces! it took about two days to put it together at a very leisurely pace. I would say it would probably take about 8 to 10 hours to do it all in one go. I was able to put it together myself, with the exception of one step. there are a total of 35 steps. All of the wood and the hardware is clearly marked and labeled. The hardware is packaged in individual bags for every step and it comes with a big bag of spare parts. The wood seems to be of good quality. I didn’t see any cracks or splits in any of the wood. I would say at the end of every season it probably would be a good idea to seal the wood so that it lasts longer. the price was very fair compared to similar playsets. My 2.5 year old loves it. Every morning he is on it and when he gets home. Assembling it wasn’t straight forward, manual is not easy to read and I read plenty of them. Love this swing set! Shipped so quickly and arrived the day after that I ordered it. Was not missing any parts and assembly took about 1-1.5 hours with one person doing it. The frame and swings are sturdy and feel like great quality. I’ve used it with my 8 year old and it fit both of us comfortably and felt safe. I did order separate ground heavy duty trampoline stakes from , as the stakes that were included didn’t seem strong enough for my yard (lots of big trees and roots). My child loves this set!. Krista.
