I bought 3 of these but have only installed one so far. I love the novelty of the design, and have used it turned upright as a drinking fountain, and to rinse out my eye when I got some sand in it. Very handy. My husband will also really like it for the spray option, and the height and adjustability for a quick hair wash in the sink. My one complaint is that the on-off handle is so stiff, it's almost impossible to turn it on at any volume other than full blast. You have to work so hard to push the lever, then it just goes to total on, nothing in between. I'm hoping the other 2 won't be so stiff, and if not, maybe there is something that can be adjusted on this one. They are a great price and overall good quality. Super nice faucet, solid brass, nice heavy fixture and a reasonable price point. Came quickley, well packaged. No problems installing. I really like that it has a pop up and down drain stop. I have these types in my master bath and love how eay they can be pull out and cleaned. The brushed gold is beautiful, I'm having trouble finding matching brushed gold accessories to go with it. While the maker does have a few choices, there are only a few types to choose from and I'm not a fan of how the look. Love the sleek look of the faucet and it functions very smoothly. While it makes some devices a little easier to use it does not make those devices "smart". If you have someone who likes to use the remotes a lot, the app will show incorrect settings for those devices that have changed with the remote. This does not bug me, but for someone who is not ready for that, make sure you understand what this device is first. I highly recommend Bond. This is an affordable way to use what you already have. This is a revised review of the product after I finished my construction of my new house and the plumber was ready to install these beautiful faucets. All the hoses that were to be screwed into the faucets were too small and I had to send all 6 of them back. Also the drain that came was not for a vessel sink.
