This light is easy to install and gives off great light. The light base is larger than a standard ceiling outlet box to cover any imperfections in the sheetrock. You can put it over the fireplace to illuminate an artwork or shine light on a statue in the corner of the room. You can also use it to light up a small pantry, a kitchen island, or a laundry room. Some people even use it as a carriage light on the porch or put it on a covered patio. It looks so great at night with a nice, crisp light that is so clean and bright.

This is definitely a statement piece! Very nice weight and finish. However, be aware, the length in NOT adjustable, even by a professional installer (mine refused to mess with it lol). Our ceiling was too low, so he had to cut a large hole in the ceiling and hide about 10 inches of the rod inside the ceiling, and insulate it accordingly (roof rafters above). So unless you are doing a major bathroom remodel, this faucet is not easily installed if your ceiling height is not standard. The install is not complete, so praying it's all gonna work out!. Karen.
