This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. Overall a good quality stove, has a major issue with center burner. The burner has been replaced a minimum of 5 times. The 6th burner is in the process of failure. This is definitely a statement piece! Very nice weight and finish. However, be aware, the length in NOT adjustable, even by a professional installer (mine refused to mess with it lol). Our ceiling was too low, so he had to cut a large hole in the ceiling and hide about 10 inches of the rod inside the ceiling, and insulate it accordingly (roof rafters above). So unless you are doing a major bathroom remodel, this faucet is not easily installed if your ceiling height is not standard. The install is not complete, so praying it's all gonna work out!. Karen.
