The bed didn’t work for me - I found it to be too soft and I took a refund as it was my second try with Helix. It was clear to me that they really want you to get the mattress that’s right for you. They give you longer than most companies to try out their mattress. They upgraded to the glaciatex for me and didn’t charge. They immediately responded and offered a refund when I let them know the second try wasn’t working and they made it happen early even though they ask for 30 days trial. They were kind. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily.
