Everything was wrong with the order: Older unit Wrong color hardware: requested white got cream Wrong color fabric (website picture showed wrong color) Wrong brackets requested soffit mount received wall mount Second day of trying to get it right Once installed very nice unit and outstanding customer service from Sunsetter.
