Its manual operation consists of a pre-installed gear (standard left-side crank). Its left motor operation includes a remote control, a pre-installed motor with a 12 ft long black cord (110V outlet), and a manual override loop. And a 5-long crank handle/rocker arm to manually extend and retract the awning. The beautiful framework is made out of rust-resistant, powder-coated, commercial-grade, steel, and aluminum.
