The installed SunSetter, as of last night, works just fine. I like the upgrades since I bought the first one nearly fifteen years ago. Get the motor. Get the remote. Maybe even the wind sensor? I didn't get that. Always be mindful of the wind. My SunSetter is part of why my house is my home. I thought that sounded more mature than writing, I love my SunSetter. Our SunSetter awning is now installed and working perfectly. The order process, delivery and final product all met expectations. Our only disappointment was the fact that we were charged a $50 delivery fee. All Wayfair ads stress free delivery and yet we were charged $50. What’s up with that. I love all the features that it offers. you dont have to worry about the wind taking it sailing into the next county because it closes up so it doesnt have a chance to do that. make sure the base locks the poll in tight so when you get an up draft swirling around the outside of your house that it doesnt lift it straight out of the stand. you cant go wrong with the unbrella nice soft light for evening when lounging out. we have not had any issues with it at all..
