Overall I really like these curtains, I didn't realize that the design (darker part) was threaded to make the design, meaning it can snag. Other than that I'm loving them! I chose these curtains for our drafty, 100 year old new england farmhouse guest room. They are beautifully made and definitely block out the light, the sound, and help insulate the room from the cold. Very nice quality, very heavy. It stays closed even when I pass through the middle, because it goes right back into place. I installed it at the entrance to a room that doesn't have an actual door, and it keeps the space dark when everything is turned off, so it does its job perfectly. I also think it's a great idea that it has two ways to hang the curtain rod. Plus, there are no metal rings which usually come off when washing curtains but this pair doesn't have that problem. Nice set of black out curtains, we really appreciate the shorter length which is perfect for us- as we don't like curtains to drag the floor and cover the heaters.
