I’m a huge fan of smart toilets! This toilet has a Small footprint which was perfect for our small bathroom. It was tricky to install due to the small space but it turned out great. I love the heated seat and wash the has but haven’t used all the great features yet. Instructions didn’t specify you have to remove the top part by snapping it off - lift the seat and where the middle notches are you can start lifting it. That’s how you add the nuts. This is an elegant looking toilet and has a more modern design; we had it installed in our guest bathroom and I think it makes a beautiful addition to the bathroom. It is made of porcelain so it is sturdier than the ceramic ones. I am yet to figure out how not to make it flush if I accidentally have the lid opening from just walking by - this is just me not having read the manual though... the flush function is nice and I love all the features (I am yet to test the warming function and the bidet - will update the review after doing so). I also have a pro version of this toilet (it has a manual non electric flush option in case the power goes out and it has a built in tank) and that is very nice as well. I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. The remote has a lot of useful functions including turn off and on the lights at night to reduce the brightness for light sleepers. A few things to know beforehand.
