Hot Tub is great. Delivery not so much. I selected inside delivery and that didnt happen. Contracted delivery service send 1 man and his teenage son to deliver 2 hot tubs inside my house. These tubs weigh about 500 lbs each. Needless to say, it didnt happen. It wasnt for lack of effort on their part. It just wasnt realistic to think 2 guys were going to accomplish the job. This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply! I've called and I'm waiting for some help. I ordered the Mesa 30" x 40" walk in soaker tub with shower enclosure with light and there is no light and it doesn't fit well on the bottom portion. The bottom portion says it has an inline heater but no electrician or plumber could find one and it came with no instructions and the wrong manual so we're pretty sure the wrong one got sent so I am not sure the right tub top and bottom arrived. I'm waiting for HELP as I have contractors standing by and I've spent alot of money.
