When Carl was out traveling Karin found time to, in secrecy, create this beautiful weaving that was filled with loving symbols. She made it thinly woven and double-sided to allow the sunlight to come through and eye contact between the spouses from their separate bedrooms.

The chambray lacquered twister salt mill and pepper mill are suitable for either salt or pepper. Featuring a scooped concave scallop shape. The pepper grinder and salt grinder are made from solid. Rubberwood fully FSC certified, finished with 8 coats of high gloss lacquer hand polished between each coat. Using a ceramic mechanism, the mill requires a clockwise motion to activate. The mills can be used for grinding either. Rock salt (dry salt crystals) or black peppercorns. Not to be used for sea salt, wet salt, dried wet salt, or pink peppercorns. Beautifully gift-boxed. Height including screw knob 24cm, base diameter 7cm.

Light Pink

Inspired by the Georgian architecture of London’s storied literary neighborhood, the backdrop’s Bloomsbury wallpaper features a playful multidirectional collage of arches and rounded rectangular forms, each accentuated with subtle tonal stripes against a solid ground. Mineral

Palampores, or "Tree of Life" patterns, have their origins in India, where the exotic designs were hand painted and mordant dyed, and exported to Europe and England for use as elaborate bed hangings and curtains. Pondicherry, now offered as a wallcovering, the colorways remain true to their 90's origins, highlighting the iconic filigree pattern amidst the exotic tree of life motif. The colorways were developed in 2015, with the filigree omitted from the fabric design. These wallcoverings and colorways remain true to the fabric's original design. Intricately detailed flowers and lush foliage accompanied by whimsical birds and playful squirrels add to its timeless appeal. In a world where layering and storytelling are increasingly important in the way we decorate, all my wallpapers have a lot to say for themselves. That said, I have combined lush pattern-making with an experienced eye for what really works on the wall, calculating repeat sizes and color fields to be perfectly balanced and extremely easy to use as a background for modern living.
