The chambray lacquered twister salt mill and pepper mill are suitable for either salt or pepper. Featuring a scooped concave scallop shape. The pepper grinder and salt grinder are made from solid. Rubberwood fully FSC certified, finished with 8 coats of high gloss lacquer hand polished between each coat. Using a ceramic mechanism, the mill requires a clockwise motion to activate. The mills can be used for grinding either. Rock salt (dry salt crystals) or black peppercorns. Not to be used for sea salt, wet salt, dried wet salt, or pink peppercorns. Beautifully gift-boxed. Height including screw knob 24cm, base diameter 7cm.

This design is part of the collection inspired by Carl and Karin Larsson, an iconic and beloved Swedish design family active in the 19th century. The design duo still inspires the whole world with their artistry, their home, and their way of living. When Carl was out traveling Karin found time to, in secrecy, create this beautiful weaving that was filled with loving symbols. She made it thinly woven and double-sided to allow the sunlight to come through and eye contact between the spouses from their separate bedrooms.

This is a gorgeous faucet. I opted for the chrome finish rather than nickel for price and care reasons. We've had this now for over a year and it is still beautiful. The only minor issue is that sometimes it seems a little too straight - for instance when I pull the spray nozzle out, it is a teensy bit hard to turn it to spray into the far corners - but I prefer the look and shape the way it is so I don't mind. Palampores, or "Tree of Life" patterns, have their origins in India, where the exotic designs were hand painted and mordant dyed, and exported to Europe and England for use as elaborate bed hangings and curtains.
