This design is part of the collection inspired by Carl and Karin Larsson, an iconic and beloved Swedish design family active in the 19th century. The design duo still inspires the whole world with their artistry, their home, and their way of living. When Carl was out traveling Karin found time to, in secrecy, create this beautiful weaving that was filled with loving symbols. She made it thinly woven and double-sided to allow the sunlight to come through and eye contact between the spouses from their separate bedrooms.

Joanna Fret is digitally printed on a non-woven paper ground and entails a classic geometric trellis design with a drop shadow. Derived from the French term "treillage," this refined pattern traces its roots to the 12th century, when a metal trellis motif served as a technique for cultivating grape vines in gardens. Joanna Fret is available in 14 fresh colorways, allowing for versatility in a multitude of projects. The chambray lacquered twister salt mill and pepper mill are suitable for either salt or pepper. Featuring a scooped concave scallop shape. The pepper grinder and salt grinder are made from solid. Rubberwood fully FSC certified, finished with 8 coats of high gloss lacquer hand polished between each coat. Using a ceramic mechanism, the mill requires a clockwise motion to activate. The mills can be used for grinding either. Rock salt (dry salt crystals) or black peppercorns. Not to be used for sea salt, wet salt, dried wet salt, or pink peppercorns. Beautifully gift-boxed. Height including screw knob 24cm, base diameter 7cm.

Palampores, or "Tree of Life" patterns, have their origins in India, where the exotic designs were hand painted and mordant dyed, and exported to Europe and England for use as elaborate bed hangings and curtains. Pondicherry, now offered as a wallcovering, the colorways remain true to their 90's origins, highlighting the iconic filigree pattern amidst the exotic tree of life motif. The colorways were developed in 2015, with the filigree omitted from the fabric design. These wallcoverings and colorways remain true to the fabric's original design. Intricately detailed flowers and lush foliage accompanied by whimsical birds and playful squirrels add to its timeless appeal. The vertically branching print is perfect for a cozy breakfast nook, kitchen, or powder room.
